At VIVO Masks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your mask doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Mask
Carefully place the mask in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected to prevent any damage during transit, and include your RA number.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
