How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn masks in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, masks that show signs of wear cannot be returned.
Are the masks comfortable to wear for an entire evening?
Yes, our masks are designed for both display and wear. The lightweight paper-mâché construction and soft ribbon ties ensure a comfortable fit even during long masquerade balls or events.
